Before you can schedule an appointment with us

Due to Federal & State Laws, your provider must be licensed and in the same state you are in during your appointment.
We do not take any kind of private insurance, nor do we accept Medicare, Medicaid, CalOptima or other governmental insurances. We do provide our patients with a customized receipt at the time of your visit that will allow you to file a claim with your insurance, should you decide to seek reimbursement on your own. Among those who chose this route, many receive a fair amount of reimbursement back from their insurance company. In the future we may accept assignment of insurance benefits but currently we do not.
Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area. You are responsible for payment as soon as your appointment starts whether in person or via telehealth. Prior to each appointment you will confirm that you are authorizing payment. All initial appointments that may result in the prescription of a Class II or IV medication must be in person at our office located in San Clemente, CA. Appointments can be scheduled at the patient's request via our online patient portal or call 949-212-2699 and request an appointment. Follow up appointments may be via telehealth or in person.
